Refund policy

At Nefertiti Books & Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

• Books and gifts must be unread, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Free Returns

Returns are completely free for eligible items. You will not be charged any return shipping fees.

To start a return, please contact us first at support@nefertitibooksgifts.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label alongside detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placement. If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@nefertitibooksgifts.com with your order number included.

Once the 15-minute window passes, your order enters processing or fulfillment and can no longer be canceled. However, once your package arrives, you are welcome to initiate a return under our standard 30-day policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@nefertitibooksgifts.com if:

• Your item arrived damaged

• Your item is defective

• You received the wrong item

Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review the situation and quickly resolve it for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Sale items or clearance merchandise

• Digital downloads or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive an alternative item quickly, simply follow the return process for the original item and place a new order on our site once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item to let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your financial institution or credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your return approval and you have not seen the funds, please reach out to us at support@nefertitibooksgifts.com.
